By accessing or using Capxule ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Capxule is a marketplace for Context Capsules - structured knowledge packages that can be loaded into AI assistants. Users can purchase capsules created by creators and use them via the Capxule Custom GPT, API, or MCP integration.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your credentials with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Capsule purchases are final. Because capsule content is delivered digitally and decrypted upon access, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased capsule, contact us for support.
5. Creator Terms
Creators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their capsule content. Capxule reserves the right to remove capsules that violate these terms or applicable law.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer capsule encryption or access capsules you have not purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
Capsule content is owned by the respective creators. Purchasing a capsule grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content with AI assistants. You may not redistribute or resell capsule content.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Capxule is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on capsule content.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
