1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Capxule (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Capxule is a platform for creating, sharing, and loading AI context capsules - persistent knowledge packages that can be used across AI tools via MCP, Custom GPT, or the built-in Workspace. Users can also publish capsules to the CapxuleHub marketplace.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your credentials with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Capsule Ownership and Sharing
You retain ownership of capsules you create. When you share a capsule, you grant the recipient access based on the permissions you set. You may revoke access at any time. Publishing a capsule to the marketplace creates an independent copy subject to marketplace terms.
5. Marketplace
Capsules published to the CapxuleHub marketplace are subject to admin approval. Marketplace purchases are final. Because capsule content is delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a technical issue, contact us for support.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to create, share, or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content. You may not attempt to access capsules you do not have permission to view or reverse-engineer capsule data.
7. Intellectual Property
Capsule content is owned by the respective creators. Shared access grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the content with AI assistants. You may not redistribute or resell capsule content without the creator's permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Capxule is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on capsule content. AI outputs generated using capsule context are not guaranteed to be accurate.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your capsules and shared access will be removed.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
