AI Transparency

Last updated: October 26, 2026

1. You are talking to an AI

Every chat on Capxule, on the website, in the apps, in the browser extension and the Office add-ins, and through the assistants that connect to Capxule, is answered by an AI system, not by a person. Each chat says so when it starts.

2. What is made by AI

The guided journeys, the answers, the translations into French, Spanish and Arabic, and some images are generated by AI from the sources the capsule's creator supplied. The creator, or the creator's own AI agent, chooses and provides the sources and decides what the capsule covers. Capxule does not run its own AI over a creator's sources to build a capsule.

3. How AI images are marked

Images generated by AI on Capxule after October 26, 2026 carry an "AI generated" marker in their file metadata, and the pages that show them record that they were generated. Images uploaded by a creator are not marked, because we do not know how they were made. Capxule does not create realistic images of real people.

4. Which models

Capxule uses models from OpenAI and Anthropic, and open models that we run ourselves. We do not use Google AI models. The providers process the data under their business terms and do not train on it by default; see the Privacy Policy.

5. Limits

AI answers can contain errors, even when they cite a source. A capsule is general information from the sources it names; it is not legal, immigration, medical or financial advice, and Capxule is not affiliated with any government agency, examination board or the publishers of the sources. Check anything that matters for your own case with the original source or a qualified person.

6. Records

This page, together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, is Capxule's public record of how it uses AI. It is updated when the models or the marking change.
