Run a class or study group through a capsule, together

Share one link. Everyone goes through the same journey at their own pace, and you see where each person is.

What it is

Open any capsule, press "Start a group", and share one link or the 8-character code. That is the whole setup.

The join link looks like this

https://capxule.com/g/{CODE}

{CODE} is your group's own 8-character code. The link opens the Capxule app when it is installed, and the website otherwise.

  • Every member joins signed in and gets their own copy of the capsule, opened at the stop you pin.
  • The progress page shows each member's coverage: stops visited out of the total, and on exam-prep capsules also points covered out of the total.
  • Your tools as the organizer: pin a stop, rename the group, choose who sees whom, remove a member, close the group.
  • There is no group chat. Each member has their own private conversation with the capsule.
  • Progress is coverage, never a grade. Nobody is ranked.

How it works

  1. Pick a capsule

    Browse the catalog on capxule.com and open the capsule your class or group should go through.

  2. Start a group

    Press "Start a group" on the capsule page. Give it a name and, if you want, pick the stop everyone should start at. You can change it later.

  3. Share the link or the code

    Send the join link or read out the 8-character code. Each person who joins appears on your group page.

What you see as the organizer

The group page, with the numbers each member's own journey produces. Stop titles only, never what anyone said.

Who it is for

  • Classes

    A teacher or tutor sends the whole class through one capsule and sees who has reached which stop before the next lesson.

  • Exam study groups

    Friends preparing for the same test keep each other honest: everyone sees who has covered what, and nobody has to report back.

  • Training teams

    A team lead pins the stop for this week and watches onboarding or certification prep move along, person by person.

  • Families learning together

    A parent and a teenager go through the same driving test or civics capsule, each at their own pace, with one page that shows both.

The terms, in plain words

  • Free to start a group, for any number of groups.
  • If the capsule is a premium one, each member goes through the normal checkout once, then joins. Free capsules need nothing.
  • Progress is private to the group. Members sign in, and only people who joined can see the page.
  • The join link is shareable as it is. Anyone with it can join, up to the group limit.
  • You can close the group at any time. Each member keeps their own copy of the capsule and their own conversation.

Questions organizers ask

Does it cost anything?

No. Starting and running a group is free. If you pick a premium capsule, each member goes through its normal checkout once before joining.

Do members need an account?

Yes. Progress belongs to a person, so every member joins signed in. A free account is enough.

Do members see each other's progress?

You choose. By default members see everyone's first name and coverage bar. Turn it off and each member sees only their own progress, while you still see everyone.

Can I change the starting stop later?

Yes. Pin a different stop from the group page at any time. Members who open their copy afterwards land on the new one.

Does it work in the apps?

Yes. The same join link opens in the Capxule app on iOS and Android, and the group page is there too.

Is there a group chat?

No. Each member has their own private conversation with the capsule. The group sees how far each person is, never what they said.

How many members can join?

Up to 200 per group. Start another group if you need more.
