Über diesen Test
Practice for the FAA Flight Instructor airplane (FIA) knowledge test with original questions. Rules, instructor privileges and endorsement questions are written from the current text of 14 CFR Parts 61 and 91 on eCFR; aerodynamics, systems, performance, maneuvers, weather, navigation and human factors questions are written from the FAA Pilot’s Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge (FAA-H-8083-25C) and Airplane Flying Handbook (FAA-H-8083-3C). Every correct answer is backed by a passage of the source and checked by two independent verifiers.
- Study: every question with a short explanation.
- Topic drills: regulations and privileges, aerodynamics and aircraft systems, performance and maneuvers, instructor privileges and endorsements, weather, airspace and navigation, human factors and decision-making.
- Mock test: 100 questions, 70 correct (70%) to pass, as the FAA Airman Knowledge Testing Matrix (revised 9/25/26) and the Flight Instructor ACS (FAA-S-ACS-25) state for test FIA.
The questions are written in our own words; this is not the FAA’s question bank. Chart, figure and computer questions that need images are not included.
